About Me
I'm Krish Dholakia - a practising corporate solicitor (SRA-regulated) and qualified executive coach (Academy of Executive Coaching).
I'm also the only executive coach for lawyers who still works in law.
Most legal career coaches left the profession years ago.
I'm still here right now and I understand your current pressures, particularly around technology and AI. In fact, I built my own AI web app - a free coaching tool you can access here.
You won't find another legal coach who is an innovator or as tech-forward. I've spent my career creating accessible entry points to law - from rewriting recruitment policies for international law firms, training partners and senior management on interviewing and DEI, founding and leading multiple employee networking (BAME and women) and presenting retention strategies internationally, all alongside chargeable corporate work.
